Nathalie-Croteau Community Centre

A new center regrouping more than twenty organizations of the City of Brossard was rebuilt after the old community center was demolished. An exposed glued-laminated wood structure was used for approximately 60% of this LEED Gold project. The certification was obtained thanks to the green roof that includes a community garden and a terrace. Several different compositions for the exterior walls were juxtaposed in order to create a modern, out of the ordinary style.
