Brossard City Hall

The project was initially to be executed in two distinct parts. However, the project was awarded to a single entrepreneur in order to combine several activities simultaneously. The work to repair the building shell was the major element of this project. Since there were infiltrations in the past, all windows, roofing and exterior walls needed to be replaced. In addition to all the work done on the building shell, there was a general remodelling of the offices and replacement of almost all the interior ventilation components.
